Electrolux 727690 Air-O-Chill Blast Chiller/Freezer with Cruise, reach-in

The Electrolux Professional 727690 (AOFP061CU) Air-O-Chill® Blast Chiller/Shock is capable of chilling 66 lbs of food from 194°F down to -40°F in under four (4) hours. The ability to cool food that is freshly cooked immediately by placing it into a blast chiller without any wait time prevents contamination while streamlining production.

This unit has two cooking modes that are patented, Cruise cycle and Turbo cooling. Turbo cooling maintains the unit’s temperature at the desired level allowing for continuous production. The cruise cycle automatically sets the unit’s parameters for the fastest and best chilling.
A 3-sensor core probe is included to provide precise internal temperatures of food ensuring that the food reaches the necessary temperature. The Algorithm for Remaining Time Estimation or ARTE uses the probe’s data to provide users with information that allows for better time management and planning. To operate properly the kitchen this blast chiller is operating in must have a maximum ambient temperature of 109°F.

Two large readouts make up the unit’s control unit and display the core temperature, time, service information and cycle countdown. A USB port allows users to download the HACCP data that the unit records to make sure all guidelines are being followed.
The factory this shock freezer is made in has ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification to make sure they are built to the highest standards. AISI 304 stainless steel makes up the major components for durability and easy maintenance. R404a refrigerant is used for its environmental friendliness while the cavity features 2-1/3” thick high-density HCFC-free polyurethane.
