DESCRIPTION

Easy-Laser® XT660 is the second member of our Generation XT alignment systems, built upon our new cross-platform technology. This means you will be able to display data on a multitude of different handheld devices, including our own XT11. With XT660 you can carry out the following:

Align the machine
Check base twist
Check bearing play

Check soft foot
Document and share the results

The XT660 measuring units utilize dot laser technology. This makes it possible to measure larger machines and longer spans than line laser systems. It also provides higher accuracy when backlash in the coupling is present. In addition, dot laser allows you to check more things when installing a machine, e.g. twist of foundation and bearing clearance.
With the XT660 you have a choice of several different measurement methods, e.g. continuous sweep and multipoint. This gives you the flexibility you need to achieve the perfect measurement result.

The XT products are rugged, rated both IP66 and IP67 water and dust proof. Along with long operating times, this guarantees you will be able to take on and finish even the tougher jobs.

Use the rugged Easy-Laser XT11 display unit, or install the free XT Alignment app on your iOS or Android device*. The intuitive user interface guides your through the measurement process.
UNIQUE DOCUMENTATION POSSIBILITIES
The XT11 display unit has a 13MP camera. You can also get the XT11 display unit with a built-in IR camera**! This means you can add a thermal image of the machine before and after alignment. You can easily create and share a PDF report containing all measurement data and images.

Deposit Required. Equipment must be shipped via FED EX Adult signature required. OPERATION Client is solely responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the Equipment. Client agrees to abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations while operating the Equipment. MACHINE RELIABILITY shall not be responsible for any claims, losses and/or damages related to Client’s breach of these obligations, or any others, and Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold MACHINE RELIABILITY A CM SOLUTIONS, INC. harmless against for any such claims, losses and/or damages. CALIBRATION: Client is solely responsible for ensuring the proper functionality of the Equipment prior to and during Client’s use of the Equipment, including without limitation, by performing a quick calibration check using the traceable calibration standard(s) provided by MACHINE RELIABILITY for each testing mode offered on the Equipment. Please see the Equipment User’s Guide for more information. F) BREAKDOWN & FUNCTIONALITY In the event that the Equipment experiences a breakdown due to defects in materials or workmanship,customer is required to notify Company immediately. Company may, at its sole discretion, extend the Rental Period with no additional Rent charged to the Client. Client will be responsible for costs associated with any breakage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use of equipment. Company may provide similar equipment in good working order, but cannot guarantee the same model will be provided. [LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY] MACHINE RELIABILITY SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO BEAR ANY COST OF CLIENT’S LABOR, STANDBY TIME OR TRANSPORTATION CHARGES OR ANY OTHER COSTS RELATED TO THE DELAY OF CLIENT’S PROJECT AS A RESULT OF EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWNS OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE TIME TO REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE PARTS. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN,MACHINE RELIABILITY HAS NOT MADE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, NON-INFRINGEMENT, THE DESIGN, QUALITY, CAPACITY OR CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT, ITS MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LOSS & DAMAGES Client is solely responsible for all loss, theft, destruction of or damages to the Equipment in excess of normal wear during the Rental Period. In the event of loss or damage to the Equipment, Client shall promptly notify MACHINE RELIABILITY and shall, at Company’s option; (1)reimburse Company for the restoration of such damages in order to return the Equipment to pre-rental condition, or (2) replace the Equipment with lien free equipment of the same model, type and configuration in which case the relevant Rental Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and clear title in such equipment shall automatically vest in MACHINE RELIABILITY or (3) pay Company the present value of remaining Rent plus the buyout purchase option price provided for in the applicable Rental Order, if any. It is the responsibility of Client to perform routine maintenance on the Equipment. No loss or damage shall relieve Client of the obligation to pay Rent or any other obligation under the Agreement. H) RETURNS Client will properly pack and ship or deliver the Equipment to MACHINE RELIABILITY at its facility in Murrieta, CA and provide Company with proof of shipment. Company may provide shipping instructions, including shipping labels to Customer. Customer is restricted from “keeping the rental unit longer” than stated on purchase order without the express approval of MACHINE RELIABILITY. If the Client does not notify COMPANY in writing of its desire to extend the Rental Period and/or equipment has not been returned within five (1 ) business day of the expiration of the Rental Period, the Client may forfeit the original rental period, and MACHINE RELIABILITY will invoice Client for the full retail value of the retained Equipment. CONDITION: After receipt of the returned Equipment, MACHINE RELIABILITY will evaluate the condition of said equipment and may invoice and or charge Client’s credit card for all repairs COMPANY deems necessary and attributable to Client to return the Equipment to p
