This Doyon PIZ3 Electric Deck Oven has exclusive ovens occupying 40 to 50-percent less floor space for the same production. The heat provided from the nickel coated perforated deck makes a nice even crust thanks to the air moving through the holes and from the heat of the metal deck itself. This pizza oven has a unique jet-air system that provides you with quality baking every time. This brightly lit unit has a stainless-steel interior and exterior for durability and easy cleaning. Heavy-duty glass doors hold in accurate temperatures and make viewing easy. This pizza oven is NSF and ETL certified for your health and safety needs.
