Delfield T40 Convochill T Series Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer, Roll-In, Single Section

Easily chill a full-sized rack of various foods quickly and easily with the remote cooled Delfield T40 ConvoChill roll-in blast chiller / blast freezer! This remote condenser blast chiller / blast freezer combination quickly and efficiently cools your food through the temperature danger zone to protect meats, fish, and other foods from bacteria that cause food-borne illness. It can cool up to 242 lb. of food from 200 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit in just 90 minutes, and it can freeze up to 200 lb. of food from 20 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in 240 minutes (4 hours). The interior of this blast chiller can accommodate mobile pan racks up to 35"W x 42"D x 78"H.

Because the condenser is separate from the blast chiller, you don't have to worry about additional noise or heat in your kitchen. To help you better implement your HACCP plan, the T40 ConvoChill blast chiller has an on-board integral printer that records dates, temperatures, and times of different cycles so that you can track how long it takes certain foods to cool or freeze.

A bottom-mounted control panel lets you program up to 99 specific settings to better chill different sizes, amounts, and types of food, and a single core probe measures and relays accurate internal temperature readings to ensure that your food stays at the correct temperatures at all times.

The interior and exterior of the Delfield T40 are made of corrosion resistant stainless steel with a rear-mounted, self-contained evaporator. External condenser sold separately. A 1/2" liquid line and 1 3/8" suction line connections are required to cycle refrigerant from the condenser to the blast chiller.
