The model C181822/PM4 is a heat treating furnace used for treating metals with a maximum temperature of up to 2250°F.

The chamber is constructed of firebrick of the best quality. It measures 2.5” and it is backed with 1.5” of 1800°F block insulation. The furnace shell is 18 GA Sheet metal. The door opens up away from the user. There is rope seal on the door that provides a better seal against the furnace. The door mechanism uses a counterweight system that keeps the door safely closed or open.
