The Clearwater CW3000Stationary Clarifier is a 40,000 gallon clarifier with V-bottom sludge collection including a 14" slurry feed pipe with distribution baffle inside clarifier to minimize short circuiting. The coating includes SP6 blast with two-component chemically-cured aliphatic urethane on exterior surfaces and SP10 blast with Devtar tank liner on inside of tank. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Includes 50' long 24" diameter sludge screw conveyer coupled to gear reducer and 50 hp motor. Autofloc probe in floc zone for automated polymer dosing. Automated 8" pneumatic knife gate for mud removal. 15 Hp TEFC 400 gpm mud pump capable of moving 5,000 cps sludge at 45 psi. Mud evacuation automated and adjustable via HMI. VFDs included for mud pump and sludge screw motors. Clean water to overflow via finger weirs and gravity discharge to 16" ANSI flange. Includes 20' shipping container. Container is close cell spray foam insulated with interior lighting, AC and heater. M500SS automated dry polymer make down system with two polymer dosing pumps, power distribution and clarifier control panel included. Field Requirements: Level surface capable of supporting 460,000 lbs. 200 Amp 600V 3ph power supply. Clean water supply for polymer dilution (80 gpm, flooded to 60 psi max) Slurry plumbing to the unit with 30' of head, discharge overflow plumbing from the unit, sludge plumbing from the mud pump to storage or dewatering location. Clarifier ships in two weldments, requires crane (by others) for installation. Additional legal load shipment for container and components.
