DESCRIPTION

The C36D 36" gas range provides reliability for the busy commercial kitchen! Six open burners feature removable cast iron grates that are designed to withstand the constant, fast paced abuse from pots and pans during dinner rush. Each burner boasts 28,000 BTUs for natural gas models and 24,000 BTUs for LP gas models. Stainless steel front, sides and removable shelf makes the range durable for years for use. One standard oven is equipped with a flame failure safety device to keep the entire building safe and the quadrant spring door features an ergonomic chrome handle to safely and easily open and close the standard oven. Fit plenty of product on the 2-position rack guides with one rack in the oven interior that measures 26"Wx26"1⁄2"D, and easily adjust the temperature with the snap action thermostat that is adjustable from +175°F to +550°F.
