DESCRIPTION

This insulated hotLOGIX Humidified Holding/Proofer Cabinet is capable of reaching 160°F in 20 minutes and can reach a temperature of 190°F (88°C). This also has 95% maximum relative humidity, a bottom mounted heater, and a high impedance protected fan motor. The stainless steel, bottom mounted water reservoir has a 2.5 quart capacity. A digital thermometer with a remote sensing bulb and bulb protector displays temperatures in one degree increments. Two dial type controls are present, one for heat and one for humidity. The single panel, tempered glass door is field reversible and has a high temperature santoprene gasket mounted to the door. The adjustable edge mount hinges and heavy duty latch make using this proofer cabinet as easy as can be.
