DESCRIPTION

Diamatic 555 is for rental or sale. Rental with come up Diamag plates made to fit with Diamatic tooling or most trapezoid configured tooling. Metal bond diamonds can be rented or purchased. Rental grinding diamonds will charged on a percentage of wear. We round down to the nearest ten percent (10% minimum). Diamonds returned worn unevenly or without complete set, customer will be charged for the full set. Resin, semi-metal resin, transitional, PCD, can be purchased only. Customer is responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment during the time of the rental. Customer may not leave the equipment outside while not in use. Customer will be responsible for all charges relative to replacing parts if machinery is operated incorrectly. This includes but not limited to diamond plates, plate holders, couplers, shrouds, etc. If customer returns the machine with broken or missing parts, customer will be charged additional day(s) depending on how long the machine takes to be repaired. Machine must be returned clean.

Power - Machine power is 230v sing phase. Customer will be responsible to replace power inverter ($5500) if plugged in to incorrect power source causing damage to the inverter. We suggest a licensed electrician to hook up the machine. We typically ship the machine open ended without plugs. If machine is rented out with plugs, plugs must be returned or customer will be charged.

Typical grinding suggests - We suggest checking your diamonds approximately every 100ft to make sure they are wearing evenly and not too quickly. Do not grind over metal objects, wide or uneven joints, or any other obstacles other than a flat even floor. Grinding or polishing outside of these suggestions may cause damage to the machine.
