Standard Features:
• Non-insulated - Heavy duty aluminium construction. • Forced air design provides even heat distribution.
• Removable chrome pan slides for variable spacing
and for easy cleaning.
• Wire slides can be adjusted on 2” increments. Ships
with 25 pan slide sets.
• 5” polyurethane plate casters for easy
manoeuvrability and stability.
• Front casters are provided with brakes.
• Full length clear door opens 270 degrees.
• Magnetic door gasket keeps door closed during
transport.Easy pull handle for opening.
• Wire slides can be adjusted on 2” increments.
• Slides accommodate 18” x 26” baking sheets and
