Able to slice both large and small products without a problem, the slicing feature allows you to precisely slice various meats and cheeses. For sharpening, just clip the sharpener onto the machine and push it towards the knife until you hear the stone and knife engage, and hold there for only two seconds to get this appliance ready to cut again. The X13 is a great tool to help you ensure your slices are uniform and ready to be sold or served.
