The Cool-Stir magnetic stirrer has a powerful rare-earth magnets rotated by an air-cooled, direct-drive motor which delivers excellent torque and deep vortex, for tough and large volume applications. Simple controls allow you to continuously adjust stirring speeds up to 314 rpm (depending on volume and density of liquid). Built-in aluminum support system and durable polypropylene platform are engineered to withstand resistance when mixing in a 55-gallon plastic barrel. The polypropylene sides are simple to clean.
