This router is for use with the Allegra® 25R centrifuge.

It's ideal for pelleting cells from large volumes or cell particles from tissue homogenates

The TA-10-250 rotor provides high volume and g force for applications where 15,300 g is required for pelleting.

Short-column methods, such as partially filled tubes, may also be used to purify large quantities of viruses in a cushion gradient.
