The Bakers Pride Y-800 Pizza Deck Oven is the perfect pizza oven for your busy pizzeria. This single deck pizza oven has top and bottom heat controls for a balanced cook. A stainless-steel exterior and aluminized steel interior makes cooler outer temperatures while keeping constant inner temperatures. Heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters are equipped along with spring balanced, fully insulated doors. This pizza oven has combination gas controls with valve, regulator, and pilot safety installed. A throttling thermostat ranging from 300-to-650 degrees Fahrenheit creates the perfect pizza cooking temperatures. This pizza oven is NSF, CSA, and CE certified to meet your health and safety standards. The Bakers Pride Y-800 Pizza Deck Oven is also known as: BAK-Y800
