Bakers Pride L-48R 48 Radiant Gas Charbroiler This Bakers Pride L-48R Charbroiler has 11 radiants and heavy-duty, 14-gauge, stainless-steel radiants to evenly distribute heat to the surface. This Charbroiler has high-performance burners and an easy-lite/always-lit crossover pilot tube system for cooking perfection. Independently controlled, adjustable valves for each burner with stand-by position and individually adjustable, four-position tilting, floating rod type grates are installed for easy operation. This Charbroiler has a rear gas connection and pressure regulator, belly bar/towel rack, and stainless-steel, slide-out grease drawer and water pans. This Charbroiler is NSF listed and CSA certified to meet your health and safety standards. The Bakers Pride L-48R Charbroiler is also known as: BAK-L48R
