Bakers Pride C-48R 48" Radiant Gas Charbroiler The Bakers Pride C-48R Charbroiler is a good mid-range model for any restaurant looking to upgrade its back of the house area. This countertop Charbroiler handles high volume charbroiling by creating maximum heat distribution to the cooking surface. The grates are made from steel rods and can be adjusted independently to four different positions. High performance, clog-proof, aluminized steel burners are equipped and feature separate, independent operator controlled, adjustable valves for maximum versatility. This Charbroiler has stainless-steel sides, top, front, interior and combustion chamber to prevent rust, and has double walled, fully insulated construction. Each burner also has independently controlled, adjustable valves for versatility. This unit has an adjustable top grate assembly and is designed for high volume cooking.
