This American Line Mega Top Preparation Counter from Asber's is all stainless steel interior and exterior construction for a cleaner and safer food environment. The Electro-mechanic controller to keep food quality for longer periods of time. Designed for forced air underneath pans to keep products fresher and maintain products at 32° F to 41° F temperature in food pans and 32° F to 46° F in cabinet interior. The stainless steel tray/shelf separates the bottom of food pans from the inside of the cabinet so food does not fall inside the cabinet, making it easier to keep clean.
