DESCRIPTION

This andrology and semen analysis microscope is used for viewing both the quality and quantity of semen. The semen analysis microscope includes a HD camera with attached HD monitor for viewing live images. The camera can also capture and save images. Andrologists use phase contrast when they do not want to stain a sample in order to view the shape of the sperm. Semen analysis microscopes include a heated stage plate and controller, which allows the semen to remain living, which is important in andrology analysis.Objective Lenses: Reversed quintuple objective turret holds the included DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Objectives:

Viewing Head: Trinocular gemel head, with 30° eyetubes. Interpupillary adjustment from 50-75mm.
Eyepieces: PL-WF 10x Widefield, plan eyepieces, FN20. Dual diopter with +/-5 adjustment. Accepts 26mm diameter reticle.
Total Magnification: 100x, 200x, 400x and 1000x.
Specimen Stage: 150x140mm mechanical stage with 76mm x 50mm movement range. Precision 0.1mm.
Illumination: High intensity 3W LED transmitted Koehler light system provides a bright and uniform field for each magnification. Voltage 100~240V.
Light Focusing: Phase contrast condenser with brightfield, phase, centering screws and centering telescope. Stops include BF, Ph1, Ph2, Ph3 and Ph4, with iris diaphragm and green interference filter.
Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focusing. Coarse focusing is 30mm with tightness adjustment and rack stop. Fine adjustment of 0.002mm.
Heated Stage: Includes heating stage and two channel controller.
HD Camera: Direct output to HDMI monitor for viewing live images, USB camera, USB mouse or SD Card image capture. SD card included. 60 fps at 1920x1080. Image capture 2mp to SD card. USB capture to Windows. Includes software for making measurements. Software works on PC only, will not work on MAC.
HD Monitor: 12" LCD HDMI monitor, true 1080P. LED backlight. Monitor mounts directly to HD camera. Includes 110~240V power cord and short HDMI cable.
