The heavy gauge construction along with the stainless steel exterior gives strength, durability and is easy to maintain and clean. These units are designed for superior preparation of Mexican and Italian specialties and also are a good choice for an auxiliary unit to prepare steaks, fish and lobster. The atmospheric infrared burners are provided for long life and energy efficiency and this counter top model comes with (1) rack with two position rack glides.
