The self-restoring REACT 350 features “smart plastic” cylinders that regain up to 90% of their capacity after design impacts without the need to reset the system. The REACT 350 remains in service after most impacts to provide Uninterrupted Hazard Protection™ and reduce the risk of unprotected hazards. The REACT 350 is the only self-restoring crash cushion that has been tested and approved to withstand multiple impacts without need for major repairs. This dramatically reduces the cost of parts, labor and traffic control – and helps reduce the time workers spend on dangerous roadways repairing crash cushions.
