36" Bull Wheel Tensioner, Quick change reel shaft with accompanying hooks and a manual hand crank caliper with 16" diameter bronze rotor. There are 4 roller fairleads to insure proper alignment. The bullwheel brakes have hydraulic actuated calipers from operator station with 24" diameter stainless steel rotors.
