Vanquish Flex UPLC and ISQ-EM Mass Spectrometer
Specifications
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Obtain new benchmarks in accuracy, precision and sensitivity with the Thermo Scientific™ Vanquish™ Flex UHPLC systems. Providing biocompatibility with a state-of-the-art quaternary or binary high-pressure solvent blending, these ultra-high performance liquid chromatography systems share all Vanquish values, such as a design focused on uptime, robustness and reliability. Multiple detection options give you the performance and flexibility you need. These system are ideal for method development or high-throughput analyses and can be seamlessly coupled to a mass spectrometer (MS).
Drives the separation with more flexibility
Extend your capabilities by adding all the flexibility you would expect from leading-edge isocratic, low-pressure quaternary, or high-pressure binary solvent blending. Our SmartFlow pumping technology with automatic compensation for changing eluent compressibility ensures excellent flow and gradient precision, independent of eluent composition and backpressures. This gives you unrivaled data confidence and flexibility in method transfer.
  • 1000 bar (15,000 psi) of pump pressure and flow rates up to 8 mL/min
  • Industry-leading flow and gradient precision
  • 4 solvent channels for quaternary solvent mixing

Obtain more answers from your liquid chromatography by using mass spectrometry and detect a variety of analytes of extended mass range with HESI or APCI. Adding mass spectrometry (MS) to your liquid chromatography (LC) analyses gives you access to the valuable data that only MS can provide. The new, easy-to-use ISQ™ EM Single Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer seamlessly integrates with LC systems for reliable, robust, and easy LC-MS routine analysis with an extended mass range for more flexibility. Detect and quantify a variety of analytes by choosing to use either heated electrospray ionization (HESI) or atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI). Integrated software allows both novices and experts to quickly master MS to gain more insights from every sample.
