The knob controller puts out 30,000 BTUs per hour on two 12-inch cooking zones. Customize the cooking process on the 5/8 inch thick grates of the TMRC24 charbroiler, which are even reversible and can be set up level or on an incline. The durable construction on the device has a stainless steel front and toil rail with steel rear, sides, and drip pan.
