DESCRIPTION
The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ Coulochem™ III Electrochemical Detector is ideally suited for use with any LC system. This flexible electrochemical detector offers three operational modes:
  • DC Mode—for high-sensitivity analyses, electrochemical synthesis, and enhanced ionization
  • Pulsed Amperometric Mode—for carbohydrate analyses
  • Scan Mode—for characterization of an analyte’s electrochemical behavior
This detection platform is also ideal for use in assisted ionization with mass spectrometry (MS) and in drug degradation studies, and can be utilized for electrochemical synthesis with the 5125 and 5150 synthesis cells.
