The S-Series S36A Restaurant Range is a useful addition to any kitchen that requires multitasking. This gas range has a 35,000 BTU convection oven, six 28,000 BTU open burners as well as removable cast iron grate tops per burner. Also, this unit is constructed of stainless steel which makes it durable and easy to clean.
