DESCRIPTION

The Siemens Arcadis Orbic 3D c-arm is a high-end instrument with a counterbalanced and isocenter design with 190 degrees orbital movement. It provides precise images, perfect visualization, and an intraoperative 3D imaging. It supports DICOM 3.0 functionalities that offer multiple options for post-processing, archiving, and documentation with CD, DVD, and USB.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Features such as intraoperative 3D imaging, 3D image fusion for merging 3D data, VRT (Volume Rendering Technique) for volume visualization in the dataset, image acquisition to viewing or archiving and eliminates the need of repositioning, prerequisite for 3D imaging via orbital movement. It has a large 19 in. screen with high brightness and contrast TFT monitors with a wide viewing angle of 170 degrees and a 3D dual monitor for synchronized parallel scrolling displayed on the two monitors. It is a workflow-oriented task card concept, basic or extended menu for faster orientation or operation, intuitive selection of programs by VPA (Virtual Patient Anatomy) and up to 200 dedicated application-specific programs. It is a functional multi-modality workstation that offers the accessibility of images from other modalities. It can load all the patient's data from the HIS/RIS.

• The X-ray tube has up to 23 mA current, 50 minutes fluoro time in low dose, up to 120 acquired image in a temporary memory. It supports the DICOM send/receive, storage commitment, print, worklist, query/retrieve or MPPS, and storage capacity of 60,000 images.
