This portable Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) comes equipped with Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) for chemical analysis. Phenom systems are easy to use even for beginner users as they have a built in "Never Lost" optical navigation camera. The systems offer high resolution imaging up to 130,000X with the built-in 4-quadrant backscattered detector. The inherent "low vacuum" design and additional charge reduction sample holders mean that you never need to coat your samples.
