The Optovue iVue Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) system analyzes the thickness of the retina, nerve fiber layer, ganglion cell complex, and the cornea. The iVue system is full-featured and delivers many exclusive Optovue capabilities such as ganglion cell complex (GCC) analysis with focal loss volume (FLV%) and global loss volume (GLV%) metrics, the iWellnessExam® and Vault Mapping for specialty lens fitting.

  • Features include integration with an ocular surface analyzer, epithelial thickness mapping, vault mapping, advanced GCC imaging, retinal mapping or analysis, optic disc or RNFL assessment, comprehensive anterior segment analysis, virtual dissection of the retina or optic disc, user interface, small footprint, high-density 3D volume, and 3D or En face imaging. Used for retina mapping, retina change analysis, 3D macula, optic nerve head, and ganglion cell combination OU report, pachymetry mapping, angle measurement, and OU angle. Suitable for retina, glaucoma and anterior segment scanning applications.
  • Specifications include 26,000 A-scan per second OCT image scanning rate, 256 to 1,024 A-scan per frame, 5 µm depth resolution, 15 µm transverse resolution, 2 to 2.3 mm scanning depth, 750 µW exposure power at pupil, 21 x 21 degrees FOV, 22 mm working distance and -15D to +12D motorized focus range.
