This is a NEVER USED Natural Gas 5 pan countertop "SteamCraft Ultra" steamer (model 21CGA5, serial 1304230001229) mfg'd by CLEVELAND. This high volume steamer has the capacity to hold up to 5 hotel pans measuring 2 1/2" deep, is UL Sanitation Classified Approved to NSF, comes with the instruction manual, stand & "KleenSteam" water filter system. It requires a 1 1/4" drain connection, (2) 3/4" water connections, requires a 120V electrical connection for operation & measures 21"W x 33"D x 53 1/4"H.
