Nanonics NSOM System

DESCRIPTION

This working system has been well-maintained in our research laboratory and was last serviced and calibrated in 2016.   It is an ideal system for either research or teaching.  The system was purchased new for over $250,00 USD and has been used lightly. It can perform NSOM, AFM, and spectrographic mapping. Additional useful items are included to get you set up and running quickly. System will be packed and labelled so that re-assembly is straightforward.  Manuals are included.
