EVE™ cell counting slides offer repeatable and reliable measurements and analysis. The unique design eliminates the use of coverslips and allows for exact volume control. This reduces the user’s risk of exposure to infectious or hazardous samples, and increases efficiency throughout laboratory procedures by eliminating the need for washing or autoclaving components. Each slide contains two enclosed chambers which can measure two different samples or perform replicates of the same sample.
The Cell Counter measures cell concentrations ranging from 1x104 to 1x107 cells/mL, and cells with sizes ranging from 5 to 60µm. The unit is also equipped with a clumping cell counting function to provide more accurate results (using EVE ™ PC software).
