Molecular Dynamics Personal Densitometer SI Performance Test Tray
The Molecular Dynamics Performance Test Tray is a new tool to enable you to test 5 performance specifications on your Personal Densitometer SI to ensure data integrity. The PDSI-PTT consists of a tray containing optical components that tests the performance of the PDSI in the areas of O.D. accuracy, O.D. uniformity, pixel accuracy, spatial resolution and volume quantitation.

Performance Standards Tested:
O.D. accuracy and linearity: Seven glass neutral density filters for 0.1 - 3.5 O.D.
Scan Area Uniformity: Eight matched glass filters of equal O.D. to test X- and Y-axis response.
Spatial Resolution Accuracy: Horizontal and vertical lines at 100-500 micron intervals.
Pixel Location Accuracy: X- and Y- axis equally spaced vertical and horizontal lines to test accuracy.
Volume Quantitation Standard: Two Spot finder targets to test instrument performance.
