BODY CONSTRUCTION:

• The wall construction shall consist of the following:
• 2” of Tuff-R Cellotex installed in doors, walls and ceiling. Additional side wall insulation included.
• The door is insulated and covered with a panel to match the interior décor.
• The sealed, easy-clean, waterproof woodgrain floor will allow no external moisture buildup inside coach.
• 2” thick closed cell foam insulation with an R-factor of up to 14 for ceiling, sidewalls and doors to maintain the most comfortable working environment for staff and patient.
• Integrated step system located outside the sliding door to gain entrance to the diagnostic suite. A handrail is added for increased safety when entering and exiting.
• Custom interior will include latches to prevent opening while in transit. Countertop Corian or equivalent.
• (2) flush-mounted LED string lights, front to rear with dimmer switch.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:

• AC Electrical System: 120 VAC single-phase system rated for the anticipated load. 50A/120vac rated distribution panel configured with UL listed circuit breakers.
• Generator battery system includes Separate generator battery + charging system via Shorepower hook-up during operation periods when the vehicle engine is not running to prevent depletion of generator battery power.
• 6.5 KW Cummins gasoline quiet Onan Generator 7.0 EVAP. (60db(a)) at 50ft.
• One (1) 13,500 BTU roof mounted central heating and air conditioning system with overhead delivery is provided. A 5200 btu floor heater is also included.
• Hydraulic Heavy-duty commercial (4) point stabilizing system with individual controls are provided and located at the passenger side rear door for easy, fast leveling and service.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Following items must be provided to the Supplier and KWIPPED prior to the delivery of the equipment:

• Copy of Renter's Driver's License
• Proof of $1,000,000 of Property Insurance listing the Supplier as the Additional Insured
• Proof of $2,000,000 of Liability Insurance listing the Supplier as the Additional Insured

METHOD OF PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:​

• First and Last Month's Rent will be collected by KWIPPED immediately when the order has been placed; add (1) Month's Rent to the 'Due Upfront' showing above on this quote to see the total amount due upfront

MINIMUM RENTAL TERM:

• 1-MONTH / 30-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL TERM REQUIRED; customer will be required to pay the full Monthly Rental Payment to KWIPPED if an early rental termination request is submitted
