It's the first Class I, Div 1 intrinsically safe device available to read the complete library of HART device descriptions (more than 1200 distinct devices) with no translation required (per HART Communication Foundation SDC-625 infrastructure). The 5150 runs on Lithium Ion rechargeable batteries, with a 1 GHz processor, 256MB RAM, 512MB flash memory, and support for an 8GB SD card. No more "managing DD files" on your handheld
