ADDITIONAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Following items must be provided to the Supplier and KWIPPED prior to the delivery of the equipment:
Copy of Renter's Driver's License
Proof of $1,000,000 of Property Insurance listing the Supplier as the Additional Insured
Proof of $2,000,000 of Liability Insurance listing the Supplier as the Additional Insured
(3) Business References from the Renter must be provided to the Supplier
METHOD OF PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
All rental payments must be made to KWIPPED with an ACH Bank Transfer
NOTE: ACH Bank Transfers take 7-10 Business Days to clear. The Supplier will proceed with the delivery of the equipment once the ACH Bank Transfer has cleared KWIPPED's bank account; this means the Rental Start Date may be delayed. If Expedited Delivery is required to meet the Renter's needs, a One-Time Wire Transfer can be used to make the initial payment for the total amount due upfront; an ACH Bank Transfer will still be required for all additional monthly payments. The Renter will be responsible for paying KWIPPED all Wire Transfer Fees in addition to the total amount due upfront.
A valid Credit Card with an Expiration Date that is later than the End Date of the Rental Contract must be provided to KWIPPED
First and Last Month's Rent will be collected by KWIPPED immediately when the order has been placed; add (1) Month's Rent to the 'Due Upfront' showing above on this quote to see the total amount due upfront
MINIMUM RENTAL TERM:
3-MONTH / 90-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL TERM REQUIRED; customer will be required to pay all (3) Monthly Rental Payments to KWIPPED if an early rental termination request is submitted
KWIPPED is an equipment rental and leasing marketplace. Suppliers have additional inventory available not listed on KWIPPED.
