Power driven walk behind straddle stackers are used in a variety of material handling applications in which a full sized fork lift is either not economically viable or practical for the type of load access the application calls for. Straddle stackers are used in areas where a tight turning radius is required or as mobile work positioners for extended periods of time. All the power driven models we offer are ideal solutions for moderate use positioning and transport of loads and products . The MXSE is a light duty power driven straddle stacker. It is an economic solution for those applications that occasionally need to load, unload, transport and stack a multiple pallets. The compact chassis design of the MXSE also makes it a great mobile work positioner that can move product from work cell to work cell as completed. It is available in both single and two stage masts with lift heights up to 116".
The MXPDS is a medium duty power driven straddle stacker suitable for more demanding use and increased capacity, as well as lift heights, over the MXSE. With its standard 224Ah battery, the MXPDS can be used generously throughout the day or can be upgraded to larger capacity batteries for high multi-shift use. Numerous fork lengths and tire types are available for a wide range of applications as well as cold conditioning and load backrests.
