Water filtration is required to be installed prior to Cimbali certified technicians installing the equipment on site.
Equipment will be shipped directly from the warehouse to the Cimbali certified technicians responsible for the installation, who will the contact the end user directly to schedule a delivery time and installation.
Anticipated manufacturer's lead time is 2-3 weeks. Lead time begins 2-business days after signed KWIPPED Lease Documents have been received by finance company underwriting the lease. Lead time does not include delivery time.
All sales final, no returns or exchanges. Equipment will first be sent to the certified technician for sufficient bench testing
Shipping is FOB.
CONDITIONS OF LEASE / SALE FOR ALL EQUIPMENT LEASED / SOLD WITH A LABOR WARRANTY: Unless otherwise stated all equipment is purchased with a one year defective parts and labor warranty from date of invoice or date of install (if installation occurs prior to invoice date). A suitable water softener is required for all machines and is not included in the purchase. The maximum recommended Grain Per Gallon (GPG) is 4.6. Installation must be performed by an approved Cimbali/Faema technician. Staff/user training will be performed at the time of installation, additional trips for training, etc. may be billed separately by the service provider to the customer.
As stated a water softener is required to be available at the time of installation otherwise warranty is void.
The warranty does not cover faults that occur as a result of abuse, misuse, neglect, carelessness, power surges, power failures, deterioration from wear of exposure, damage or defect caused by accident, or any defect caused by alteration, lightning, floods, or other natural disasters. It also excludes faults that occur through reasons unrelated to the machine itself (i.e. clogged drains or leaking water lines require local plumber/facilities manager). Warranty commences on invoice date or date of installation if installation took place prior to invoice date for the period of one year. All regular maintenance is responsibility of client.
