The standard RC900 rotary evaporator is supplied with a 1000mL evaporation flask, vertical coated high-efficiency cooling condenser, and a coated 500mL round bottom solvent collection flask. The glassware features a 24/40 joint size and the condenser and collection flask are coated for added safety. The double walled, stainless steel, cordless heating bath, wireless BlueTooth remote control, and auxillary power cord are all provided with each unit. Optional safety shield, dry-ice condenser, bump traps, evaporation flasks, collection flasks, coolant valve, and refill valves are available accessories (sold separately).

Responding to customer input, the RC900 provides a unique combination of high performance features and a simplified user experience. The evaporator has a small footprint, is whisper quiet, and is simple to use. The unit features an innovative flask fastening clip that enables researchers to lock the evaporation flask into place using only one hand. The wireless remote controller allows for the adjustment of all evaporation functions via easy-to-use touch screen and control knob. This allows for the operation of the unit inside a fume hood with the sash closed, improving lab safety and energy efficiency. The double walled, stainless steel heating bath is designed with a wireless power supply to assist in changing the bath contents without spilling. The bath is designed to accomodate evaporation flasks up to 3000mL. The flask angle is easily optimized using the adjustment knobs on either side of the unit. The high-efficiency coolant condenser is designed to condense solvents quickly, and can be easily removed for cleaning.
