In an hour, this unit cleans 37 racks and runs a full cycle in 90 seconds, enabling the machine to quickly turn out dinnerware and other dishes. A wash tank heater works to keep water warm, extending its usability. To facilitate loading and unloading, this Jet Tech X-33 commercial dishmachine has a 15-inch opening radius, and its labyrinth door keeps water inside the chamber, preventing leakage that could occur around a gasket. The stainless steel interior and exterior construction adds resilience and extends the life of the dishwasher, as well as resistance to corrosion.
