The MicroFlow TOUCH incorporates a unique fiber protection technology that automatically stops the machine and prevents costly damage to fiber optic cable during installation. As the cable encounters an obstruction, it bends slightly in the machine, triggering an integral stop sensor. Exceeding the preset motor torque limit also interrupts the installation process. In either case, the machine automatically protects fiber from possible damage. After the fiber protection technology is triggered, the MicroFlow will attempt installation two more times before completely disengaging the machine.
