The Dual Rainbow Rinse and WISR® Cleaning System provide one-pass cleaning performance, all while using just 0.35 gallons of water per rack. The RackStar 66 utilizes a 22″ pre-wash with three upper and one lower wash arms that remove foodsoil and debris from the ware before the rack enters the wash cycle, ensuring that even the most stubborn messes are removed.
