The CONSERVER XL2C Conserver Dishwasher has built-in chemical dispersing pumps to disperse sanitizer on dish racks to thoroughly clean your restaurant dishes. Additionally, this dish washer only uses 1.17 gallons of water per rack, so it is a great way to be clean and conserve water. This unit can clean approximately 74 racks/hour and is finished with stainless steel.
