3 Wash Cycles
This Hobart dishwasher features 3 different wash cycles so you can customize your dish washing based on your kitchen's production. The light load cycle can handle up to 38 racks per hour, the normal load cycle washes up to 29 racks per hour, and the heavy load washes 14 racks per hour. In addition, this unit has an automated deliming cycle that will help to keep your dish machine running at its best.

Chemical Sanitizing
By using sanitizing chemicals instead of hot water, you can ensure that dishes are sanitary when they come out of the machine. Plus, the PuriRinse potable water rinse cycle ensures all chemical residue is removed from your dishes and glassware for exceptional sanitation and presentation.
