Geometrics Stratavisor NZXPII 24 channels

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Professional field system featuring a built-in rugged PC running Windows XP Professional, large 800x600 color LCD, keypad, and built-in 4-inch wide printer, all configured with the seismograph components as an integrated unit in a weather-resistant container. The StrataVisor NZXPII can be used solely as a PC-based controller (with zero channels) of Geode distributed modules, or 8 to 64 channels can be installed in the chassis. If used as a Geode controller with channels, the channel count and input connector should match that of each Geode module. StrataVisor NZXPII systems may also be networked together to build larger systems.

The StrataVisor NZXPII comes standard with a single Pentium-class CPU, 80 GB hard drive, external CD-RW drive, and standard computer ports (USB, RS-232, video, keyboard, mouse, and printer). The system provides 24-bit A/D conversion, sample intervals ranging from 20 μs to 16 ms, standard channel memory of 16K samples (N module), a built-in hardware correlator, and two rugged network connections. The StrataVisor NZXPII Operating Software features built-in software roll-along function for reflection surveys, noise monitor and geophone testing, and real-time digital acquisition and display low-cut, notch, and high-cut filters. The software features are equivalent to Multiple Geode Operating Software (MGOS); refer to Section I.B.1 for additional description. Requires customer-supplied 12V DC external battery as power supply.
