This heavy-duty range attaches to any of the Garland Master series modular top ranges using unions, bolts, or screws at the front manifold and rear corner to create a single comprehensive cooking area that will boost your productivity while taking up minimal kitchen space. It features one 30,000 BTU cast iron burner that supplies consistent, even heat for stock pot cooking, and its flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding. Its modular design also makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately).
