This heavy-duty range attaches to any of the Garland Master series modular top ranges using unions, bolts, or screws at the front manifold and rear corner to create a single comprehensive cooking area that will boost your productivity while taking up minimal kitchen space. It features with (3) 11,000 BTU individually-controlled jet burners in each section of the hot top to supply intense heat for sauteing up front and milder heat for warming in the back. Its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately).

As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money! Plus, with a 26 7/8" deep cooking area and a generous 7 1/2" stainless steel front rail, the Garland M5T is sure to provide all the extra work space you need, and it even makes a powerful stand-alone addition to small kitchens that don't require full ranges.
