This heavy-duty model comes with a 1" thick, manually controlled griddle with 2 5/16" high rear and side splashguards that's powered by 2 reliable 33,000 BTU "H" burners. It also features (2) 20,000 BTU Starfire burners with conveniently removable heads, and its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately).
