An outstanding combination of cooking and sauteing potential, the Garland M45T Master series liquid propane 2 section front fired hot top 34" range is the ideal workhorse for any busy commercial kitchen. This heavy-duty model comes with (6) 15,000 BTU jet burners in each section of the hot top to supply intense heat for sauteing up front and milder heat for warming in the back, and all of the burners are individually controlled! Its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately).
As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money! Plus, with a 26 7/8" deep cooking area and a generous 7 1/2" stainless steel front rail, the Garland M45T is sure to give you all the work space you need. It boasts a stainless steel front, sides, and one-piece drip tray that make it both incredibly durable and extremely easy to clean and maintain.
