This heavy-duty model comes with three durable cast iron hot tops, each with a 22,000 BTU "H" burner that supplies consistent, even heat for stock pot cooking, and its flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding. It also features a spacious storage base that allows you to keep everything from turners to frying pans, stock pots, and more easily accessible and close at hand.
