An outstanding combination of cooking and holding potential, the Garland M43-2T Master series natural gas 2 burner modular 34" range with two even heat hot tops is the ideal workhorse for any busy commercial kitchen. This heavy-duty model comes with two 11 5/16" durable cast iron hot tops, each with a 22,000 BTU "H" burner that supplies consistent, even heat for stock pot cooking. The flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding. It also features (2) 24,000 BTU Starfire burners with conveniently removable heads, and its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately).

As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money!
